The brand supplies the most prestigious palaces and renowned gastronomic establishments with its collections of high-end household linen. Since 1995, it has also made this exceptional craftsmanship and hotel-quality products available to individuals.
Garnier-Thiebaut is a brand built on human and family values. Founded in 1833 from the union of two textile weavers in Gérardmer, in the Vosges, the company has preserved its entrepreneurial spirit and authenticity ever since.
Challenges Addressed
The Garnier-Thiebaut website required a complete overhaul of both the front end and back end.
Front End
On the front end, the key challenge was integrating “models,” distinct products that needed to be grouped under a single product page. This allows customers to order a full set—for example, a duvet cover with matching pillowcases.

Additionally, the commercial colors of the products were consolidated within color filters, enabling customers to easily find their desired shades.

Web Marketing
For SEO purposes, each product contains around twenty characteristics, so work was done to generate product names, title tags, and descriptions to ensure optimal indexing by Google.

Back End
The entire Garnier-Thiebaut catalog is managed within an ERP system. As a result, we implemented all necessary data flows, including:
- Importing products, stock levels, and prices
- Exporting orders
- Importing tracking codes
A complete mapping of fields was carried out as part of this process.
Another complexity was addressing the different standard duvet cover sizes across various countries. It was necessary to activate or deactivate certain duvet cover dimensions depending on the target market.
