E-Commerce Development with 202ecommerce
In 2020, Lextenso partnered with 202ecommerce to launch an online store, enabling the sale of subscription-based journals, single-issue purchases, and legal books. The key challenge was a full integration with Lextenso’s internal IT system, ensuring sales data flowed seamlessly to and from their ERP. Additionally, SSO integration with Gigya was a mandatory requirement.
Gigya Integration
All login forms on the website are connected to Gigya, a customer data platform designed to centralize user information. The entire SSO setup was implemented by 202ecommerce, adhering to project specifications. Later, this system was linked to the ERP.
ERP Integration
Several connections were established between Lextenso’s Prestashop e-commerce site and their ERP, including:
- Automatic retrieval of books, single-issue sales, and France/international pricing
- Dedicated client space with easy access to invoices, subscriptions, and orders
- Online payment capability for invoices issued externally to the Lextenso shop
Marketing with Atomic
Lextenso’s teams appreciated the flexibility of Atomic, which allows them to independently manage their menus, homepage, banners, and promotional displays.
