Technical support

202 ecommerce is in charge of managing the evolutions of many PrestaShop partner modules. Depending on the module, technical support for the use of said module is provided directly by the partner, or by 202 ecommerce.

To find out who to contact, access the direct support link or consult the online help, access the list of official modules.

In addition, 202 ecommerce markets its own modules. To contact us, go to the Addons page of the module and click on “Contact the developer”. Please note: it is essential to contact us via PrestaShop Addons and to have a valid license (Option Zen or Business Care) to obtain support from us.

FAQ Support module

Why should we contact you by Addons?

PrestaShop requires contributors to exclusively use PrestaShop Addons for its exchanges with merchants. This allows PrestaShop to supervise the work of the various module developers, and to intervene in the event of a dispute from the merchant or the developer.

Why provide Administrator access?

Unfortunately, PrestaShop does not include a solution that allows module developers to obtain enough information to correct technical problems without intervening in the store.

Use of data for support

As part of this support, 202 ecommerce may request Administrator access to the merchant’s store, hereinafter referred to as “Access Codes”.

  • For security reasons, and as requested by the support team, it is essential that the Access Codes provided by the merchant be a temporary access that will be destroyed by the merchant once the ecommerce intervention is completed.
  • 202 ecommerce will keep the Access Codes as long as the intervention request is not closed. Then, the Access Data is destroyed within one month of closing the request.

Merchant data, hereinafter referred to as “Eshop Data”, is not used for any other purpose than the resolution of the request made by the merchant himself. Eshop Data is neither copied nor stored by 202 ecommerce.

Finally, data relating to message exchanges via PrestaShop Addons are managed by PrestaShop.
