Launched in 2012, the official eBay module became paid in 2017 after eBay stopped sponsoring the module. Since July 2022, the module is available for free on Github at this address and is no longer available on PrestaShop Addons.
However, 202 ecommerce will provide support to all merchants with an active Business Care license, until their license expires.
After expiration of the license, or for merchants who do not have an active Business Care license, 202 ecommerce offers its services of assistance, support or maintenance according to the price list of our agency.

[+] Improved category synchronization task
This change avoids displaying the error “37: […] API. (Item.PrimaryCategory.CategoryID)”. In details, when the merchant makes an operation with the product categories (creation / update / deactivation / activation) the module creates synchronization tasks to be executed. But if the category is deleted / modified before execution, the tasks cannot be executed and the module displays the mentioned error.

The module allows to synchronize PrestaShop categories with eBay categories. You have to combine each category, one at a time. If your store has many product categories, it can be difficult to remember which categories are already synced. With this evolution, the module displays in a different color the categories already associated with the module.
[*] Optional PayPal account association
eBay now allows payment by credit card. The merchant can therefore decide not to use PayPal. The association of the module with a PayPal account is therefore not mandatory from this version of the module.
[*] Rounding of impact on delivery price
This concerns the impact of prices on deliveries. PrestaShop calculates the shipping costs on the contents of the basket, depending on the configuration on the total weight of the basket, or on the total amount of the basket. eBay does not work the same way: each eBay item has its shipping costs, and eBay adds up the shipping costs for each of the products in the cart to determine the total shipping costs: https://help.202-ecommerce.com/fr/ebay-pour-prestashop/frais-de-port-supplementaire/
For this reason, the module allows you to apply additional shipping costs per item. This fix optimizes the rounding of additional charges.
[*] Fix category displaying bug
Your PrestaShop product catalog may include product subcategories.
A category can be deactivated, but include active subcategories.
Before this development, the deactivated category blocked the “view” of its subcategories to the module during the association process. Now the PrestaShop subcategories are visible by the module even if they are nested in a disabled category.

A 500 error could occur during the first installation of the module. The error has been corrected.
