For nearly 15 years, Deaco.fr has specialized in the online sale of articles intended to improve the comfort of hard of hearing and deaf people. The site is aimed at a clientele of individuals (home improvement) but also professionals (accessibility of establishments open to the public, arrangement of workstations). Innovative, the company also offers equipment loan offers and visio-assistance services.
A successful migration to PrestaShop
To accelerate its development, Deaco chooses to migrate his site to the PrestaShop e-commerce solution and selects our agency 202-ecommerce. Webdesign, article references, customer accounts, order history, URL redirection to maintain the SEO popularity of the pages … the migration is carried out successfully in three months!
Optimal Customer Experience
The redesign is developed in Responsive Web Design, for optimized display on mobile and tablet. In terms of performance, the site scores better for page speed than its direct competitors. The catalog has been organized around 4 product universes in order to facilitate navigation within a very complete catalog. A mega navigation menu facilitates access to the ranges in the catalog. Deaco wishes to highlight its services, as much as its catalog. We have therefore grouped the catalog together within the “Dropdown” Products, leaving a particularly visible place for the service offering. Deaco already had a large editorial section. Key to good natural referencing, this editorial part has been expanded and integrated by means of a 202 ecommerce blog component (Atomic Suite) which allows great flexibility and automatic interactions with the catalog. A faceted navigation allows you to quickly filter the references on the lists of articles on many criteria (price, brand, etc.). The color choices or the product reviews are displayed on the item lists. On the item sheet, the navigation tabs make it possible to offer rich content without weighing down the page: technical characteristics, buyers’ opinions, downloadable technical instructions. The quantity of stock available is displayed and updated automatically. worked, for example by displaying all the products of a range from the product sheet of an item in the range.
