Customer support (Permanent / Internship / Alternance)

Job description

We are currently looking for customer support officer. You will be in charge of analysing all issue reported by merchants who uses our modules, explain merchants how to fix, or ensure fix by our technical team (level 2 & 3). In general, you will ensure customer satisfaction & optimize support process, including usage of Fresdesk support platform.

Missions

– Understand & analyse issues,
– Help merchant to fix when possible,
– Or ensure fix by our technical team,
– Ensure customer satisfaction,
– Help product management to impriove product

Profile

– Good team spirit and a willingness to learn,
– Familiar with web usage and enthusiasm for new technologies,
– You are fluent in either English, Spanish or Italian,
– First experience as support officer is a plus
