Web Developer PrestaShop (CDI / Alternance)

Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced PHP developer, passionate and motivated, with a technical understanding of eCommerce requirements.  A superior knowledge of PrestaShop (or another CMS/ Open-source PHP Framework) is a must.
You will be working in collaboration with our technical project managers, under the supervision of our CTO.
You will be in charge of developing our clients web projects / PrestaShop modules.
You will also be involved in technical recommendations, feasibility studies and roadmap planning.

Customer support (Internship / Alternance)

Job description
We are currently looking for customer support officer. You will be in charge of analysing all issue reported by merchants who uses our modules, explain merchants how to fix, or ensure fix by our technical team (level 2 & 3). In general, you will ensure customer satisfaction & optimize support process, including usage of Fresdesk support platform.
