This support is free, done exclusively by email, and focuses only on technical problems. For any other requests, including help / consulting on module configuration, we can quote our services.
To avoid straining the support unnecessarily, we invite you to read the documentation before contacting us, the answer to your problem is there in 99% of cases!

2. Make a support request.
In order to with support requests from merchants, it is mandatory to open a support request via our Support Portal (including account creation on your first request). No intervention / question can be dealed without support request opening.
